Delta Force

The name comes from an old NovaLogic series. The first Delta Force came out in 1998 and helped make tactical shooters popular, and NovaLogic closed in 2016. The reboot is the work of Team Jade.

In February 2025 the game added Black Hawk Down, a free campaign for solo or co-op play. It closely follows Ridley Scott's film. A few days after release its Steam reviews were mostly negative: players complained about the difficulty.

Critics on Metacritic gave it mixed scores. One reviewer found the big online war good and the raids serviceable, even if neither half stands out. Another praised both online modes but called the campaign atrocious. Players leave 57% positive out of 199,994 reviews, critics give it 61 on Metacritic. By our Recommended Score it is #4,294 of 4,736 games.
