Bloons TD 6
The monkeys in Bloons TD 6 pop balloons that crawl along a road towards the exit. In this tower defense game you place different monkeys along the path and upgrade each one, one branch up to tier five and another up to tier two. The biggest bloons are built as zeppelins, some with armor.

It all started at a fair. When Ninja Kiwi co-founder Stephen Harris asked his wife what a new game could be, she brought up the stall where you pop balloons with darts. The first Bloons came out in 2007, and Bloons Tower Defense followed in Flash the same year. The sixth game was the first in the series without a Flash version.
In February 2020 Kotaku reported that New Zealand's games industry had out-earned Australia's in 2019, with Bloons TD 6 named as one of the main sources of that income.
Up to four can play together. Some critics felt a paid game with in-app purchases behaves like a freemium one. One, though, liked the CHIMPS mode, which restricts all paid and most unlockable features. Players leave 97% positive out of 352,727 reviews. By our Recommended Score it is #554 of 4,736 games.
