The world is made of voxels, so you can dig it up however you like and build anything from a hut to a fortress. Keen Games wrote its own Holistic Engine for this. The developers name Breath of the Wild and Valheim among their models.
The game entered early access on 24 January 2024 and sold a million copies in less than a week. In 2025 it won the German Computer Games Award for Best German Game and for Innovation and Technology. The jury noted that the world above the fog invites adventure, while below it feels oppressive and threatening. Version 1.0 arrived on 15 October 2026.
In version 1.0, up to 16 people can play together on PC. One reviewer found the dungeons harsh for solo players; another was bothered by fiddly inventory management. Players leave 86% positive out of 99,459 reviews, critics give it 88 on Metacritic. By our Recommended Score it is #252 of 4,736 games.
